TRAVEL & ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the instructions below before you depart for Ojai, California:  
  
PACKING ESSENTIALS FOR THE WEEK

Tuesday: Join us for a hosted welcome dinner and group activity located at the Ojai Valley Farmhouse. Smart-casual attire is recommended along with a light jacket.

Wednesday & Thursday: Please pack business-casual outfits for presentations and the group dinner on Wednesday. Group dinners will be held outdoors, so we recommend a light jacket for this evening as well.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please plan to arrive at the hotel by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, February 25th to allow for enough time to valet, check-in and drop your bags off in your room before the Welcome Reception at 5:00 PM in the Farmhouse. While you are welcome to arrive earlier, please note that hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
  
ARRIVAL BY FLIGHT
Upon arrival in Los Angeles, please collect your baggage then arrange your ride to the hotel by taxi or through a rideshare app of your choice. The hotel address can be found below. Please expense your transportation to and from the hotel.

ARRIVAL BY CAR
Upon arrival at the hotel, please pull up to the valet circle located at the entrance of the hotel and proceed to the resort Bell Stand. Your valet parking will be covered for your stay.
SUMMIT CHECK-IN PROCESS
Upon arrival at the hotel, please check in at the Hotel Lobby Front Desk. After completing your check-in, proceed to the Welcome Desk located in the lobby of the Anacapa Ballroom, directly across from the main lobby. Our team will provide your credentials, review the week’s schedule, and highlight key locations on the property to ensure you have everything you need for a smooth experience.
